EAST MEETS WEST
Step into a world full of azaleas, camellias, bonsai trees and Japanese art of flower arrangement with our guest country Japan.
Ghent and Kanazawa have been sister cities since 1971, and they have had artistic, economic and administrative relations for 150 years. In the framework of this successful cooperation agreement, the city of Kanazawa will be designing a Japanese garden at the 2016 Ghent Floralies.
