FloraliënFOCUS 2010

The Floralies of Ghent are the result of years of dedication on part of professional floriculturists who face increasing challenges.

The RAHS chooses not to turn a blind eye to the challenges and threats and wishes to contribute to the sector’s further growth and development.

During the 2010 Floralies we will therefore organise afternoon activities under the name ‘FloraliënFOCUS’, aimed at developing a vision on four key themes for the sector, being ‘innovation’, ‘parks and open spaces maintenance’, ‘staff’ and ‘marketing’.

Each theme will be discussed by specialists in a practical manner.

Thanks to this initiative the target groups, which will differ per theme, will get a different, more modern and more positive look on this atmosphere-creating sector. 

^FloraliënFOCUS is an organization of the KMLP in Ghent in cooperation with the Flemish Government, Department of Sustainable Agricultural Development, Information Section, the Association for Public Green and the province of East Flanders.
